The love for good bottled wine led us in 2009 to the creation of a unique project in Greece, Vinoterra Resto, right next to Vinoterra Cava.
A small restaurant with 50 seats, gives the wine lover the opportunity to enjoy creative cuisine, choosing the wine from the adjacent cava. There is no wine list, but that does not upset anyone.
You go next to the cellar and choose or let Dimitris and Giannis lead you on a wine journey of aromas and flavors, analyzing terroir and varieties, revealing the story behind each wine. A small card that changes frequently, Mediterranean flavors, with emphasis on raw materials, dishes that go harmoniously with the wine, make up the secret of Vinoterra Resto. But above all, the love of its owners for quality wine, create a unique wine experience.
