In 2005, the idea was born by Fanis to create a shop in the center of Athens in order to meet the needs of the daily diet with freshly cooked food that reminds us a bit of the kitchen of the mother or even better the grandmother who, when you entered the house, would put out well-cooked food with fresh raw materials and lots of love.
This is how the place where the Oinoberdemata would be born was searched for.
