Our tavern – which has welcomed guests from all over the world – was established in the 1960s by George and Pagona Vazeas. The tavern is situated in the most beautiful location in Athens under the sacred rock of the Acropolis between the new Museum and the beautiful Anafiotika neighbourhood.
We pride ourselves on our Greek hospitality, keeping faithful to traditional Greek recipes using fresh locally sourced produce and our genuine love for what we do – which combined, ensure that our guests can savour the very best in Greek gastronomy.
