Stinking Bishop Cheese and Wine bar opened on Spefsipou Street.
With the owners having lived in Luxembourg for many years, Stinking Bishop has a very strong and distinct personality.
It’s a beautiful, simple and welcoming space, decorated with brick, wood and cement tiles with beautiful borders.
Its fridge is discreetly placed down the hallway in front of the kitchen with top labels of Greek, French, Dutch and English cheeses and very high quality charcuterie available, served on the spot or bought for the house.
The selections are the result of many tastings and screenings during visits to the producers.
The products of the Cheese Menu can be enjoyed in cheese or charcuterie platters, in varieties and in open face sandwiches, combined with salads, pumpkin soup, mushroom soup and salmon or orzo dishes, all cooked in an excellent way, using only fresh ingredients.
When it comes to wines, Stinking Bishop has done a lot of research and so we have almost forty-five choices available, mostly from Greek vineyards, seventeen of which are served by the glass.
The very friendly guys who created Stinking Bishop are always there, available to customers for pairing suggestions, for safe and more adventurous pairings of cheeses, charcuterie, dishes and wine.
