Finally the fast food industry is changing and speed is no longer synonymous with sloppiness. At Piggy-bowl even the common skewer is a truly delicious treat. The pie is not oiled or dry-cooked, and they even have whole wheat pies for the discerning. Our meats are local while the gyros is handmade. The straw includes hand-cut and marinated pork neck fish, the chicken is made from loin fillet, while the burger is made by John’s mom, the owner, and is completely homemade.
