Pasiphae’s story begins in 2000. Stelios and Irini Troulaki from Patima, Chania, opened a traditional Cretan tavern with the vision of conveying to the world the value of Cretan food and the importance of eating healthy. “Pasiphae” is now the oldest Cretan restaurant in Athens. Through these years of faith and love for what they do, the people of Pasiphae have had the opportunity to create dishes for their guests from all over Greece and abroad.
